You push the door to enter the Kaiana Spa and immediately get confused: this place looks nothing like a tropical beauty parlour, instead, you feel like you’ve stepped into a high-end salon somewhere in Notting Hill, maybe. This urban spa looks impeccable: spotless white, sleek, classy and sassy, compete with shiny parquet floor and flashing crystal chandeliers. The only thing missing is the corner with Jo Malone perfumes, that would fit into this interior just perfectly fine. But trust us, they know how to please the picky noses here – more on this in a minute!

It’s so nice, fresh and quiet here it literally feels like a relief after the hustle and bustle of the central Seminyak. The staff ladies in crispy uniform are murmuring something soothing.

They will taking you down the corridor into one of the nicely chilled treatment rooms. And once you’ve shed your clothes and drop on the massage bed. The rest is a blur – there is nothing sweeter than a 1,5 hrs long nap in the middle of a screaming hot day.
